In a 3-week turnaround, create and launch a brand-aligned podcast sub-brand plus evergreen content templates for ongoing episodes and guest promotion.

Action

  • Conducted competitive/category research on podcast branding to identify what would differentiate Circles of Trust while remaining credible for a technical B2B audience.

  • Designed a scalable identity system (logo + typography + composition rules) built for small-format legibility and consistent hierarchy across platforms.

  • Extended Vendia’s existing brand language into a podcast-specific system by adapting gradients and the wave motif into a layered background treatment that created depth without overpowering content.

  • Built an evergreen rollout kit that marketing could reuse immediately:

    • 3 social thought-leadership post templates (3 variations) for guest quotes and episode promos

    • 4 email banners for newsletters and announcements

    • 4 web placements to support the podcast landing page and in-site promotion

  • Documented usage rules in a mini guideline (type, color, spacing, do/don’t examples) to maintain consistency across future assets.
