Work Details
As part of PMG’s creative partnership with Grammarly, I worked on the 2024 State of Business Communications Report campaign for Grammarly for Business. The project involved multiple internal teams: brand, social, and marketing, each with unique creative needs and review processes. The scope included both motion and static assets, with several rounds of revisions to ensure alignment across all stakeholders and platforms.
Task
My goal was to translate Grammarly’s data-driven insights into engaging visual storytelling for social and digital channels, producing motion and static content that would elevate the report’s visibility and reinforce Grammarly’s B2B brand voice.
Action
Designed and animated a suite of short-form videos for LinkedIn and X (Twitter) optimized for platform engagement.
Developed supporting campaign visuals: email banners, static social posts, and report-inspired infographics.
Partnered closely with Grammarly’s brand, marketing, and demand generation teams to refine creative direction and maintain message consistency.
Iterated through multiple rounds of revisions, implementing feedback across design and motion deliverables while preserving visual cohesion and tone.
Delivered final assets ready for multi-channel deployment, ensuring technical specs and accessibility best practices were met.

End of Year Video
End of Year Video
End of Year Video
Situation
Grammarly’s internal creative team commissioned a motion graphics video to premiere at the company’s annual end-of-year celebration. The project aimed to capture the energy of Grammarly’s culture and milestones through six animated backgrounds that would serve as the foundation for a text-driven narrative.
Task
I was responsible for animating and compositing the six background scenes, creating seamless transitions that would sync precisely with a separate text animation layer designed by another motion artist. The final deliverable needed to feel fluid, cohesive, and timed perfectly for playback at the live event.
Action
Imported storyboard and layered design assets into After Effects, animating six individual background sequences with subtle motion, depth, and pacing that matched the event’s narrative tone.
Designed smooth transitions between each scene in Premiere Pro, ensuring consistent rhythm and seamless visual flow.
Collaborated closely with the lead motion designer to sync text overlays, exchanging preview files to align motion timing and pacing.
Conducted two structured rounds of revisions, refining transitions and timing based on internal feedback to achieve perfect synchronization.
Delivered final composite files optimized for large-screen playback at the wrap-up party venue.
Result
The final video was successfully showcased at Grammarly’s internal year-end celebration, receiving positive feedback from the creative and event teams.
Achieved a polished, cinematic flow across all scenes, with precise timing between background and text layers.
Completed on an 8-day turnaround with only two rounds of revisions, demonstrating efficiency and strong cross-team collaboration.
