With the design system in place, I transformed how Prismatic executed Demand Gen campaigns, designing templates, creating scalable assets, and implementing project standards that reduced fire drills and elevated campaign performance.

After establishing Prismatic’s first marketing design system, the next challenge was embedding it into campaigns. The marketing org was facing frequent “fire drills,” unclear timelines, and inefficient cross-team handoffs. Leadership lacked experience managing design processes, and external vendors often worked without clear guidelines.
Task
I was tasked with aligning brand execution across Demand Gen initiatives: webinars, tradeshows, digital funnels, while creating evergreen templates and enforcing standards that would reduce chaos and future-proof campaigns.
Action
Figma Templates & Libraries: Built modular campaign templates (social, email, landing pages, decks, event swag) tied directly into the marketing design system.
Tradeshow Design: Designed booth visuals, looping videos, swag, and presentation decks for high-visibility events like SaaStr Annual. Coordinated with print vendors and external partners to ensure accuracy and brand cohesion.
Webinar Campaigns: Designed webinar promo graphics, social animations, landing pages, and speaker decks. Introduced templates to allow the marketing team to launch future webinars with speed.
Project Standards: Created design intake forms, ticketing systems, and standard timelines for deliverables. Collaborated with the Demand Gen lead to set SLAs, enforce milestone checkpoints, and align leadership on expectations.
Education: Onboarded marketing leadership and external vendors into the new workflow through training sessions and documented playbooks.
Result
25–35% reduction in last-minute fire drills.
Shorter review cycles and faster launch velocity for campaigns.
Consistent brand execution across digital and in-person campaigns.
Quantifiable wins: SaaStr Annual campaign design contributed to a 108% increase in ARR year-over-year.
Future-proofed campaigns: Evergreen templates gave the team repeatable structures for webinars and events, cutting design time for repeat tasks.
