Alexa+ Speaker Renders
Alexa+ Speaker Renders
I partnered with Amazon on a 3D rendering project to create high-resolution product images for their smart speakers, soundbars, and TVs. These renders were built for their internal AI image tool, which meant everything had to follow strict camera specs, neutral lighting, and export cleanly on-white with alpha channels.

The project included:
Devices: 4 Sonos speakers (front + side), 2 Bose speaker (front + side), 3 Sonos soundbars (front), 2 Samsung TVs (front), and 1 LG TV (front).
Backgrounds: Amazon provided 2 unique sets for the speakers and 2 for the TVs/soundbars. I integrated these across a total of 16 final renders.
Workflow: I imported and optimized GLB and STP models, built reusable camera rigs with exact focal length and tilt specs, and set up neutral Redshift lighting to balance tricky white and metallic surfaces. Drafts were rendered at 2k for feedback before exporting finals at 5k with alpha channels.
Collaboration: I worked closely with the client team to troubleshoot how their AI tool would interpret shadows, reflections, and scale. This meant extra back-and-forth to find the right balance, but it helped ensure the files would work long-term.

My focus was on making these assets future-proof and flexible. Instead of locking in heavy shadows or reflections, I delivered clean renders that could adapt to different AI-generated scenes. Where needed, I added subtle shadow passes to bring out the 3D form and realism without boxing the client into one look.
To keep everything consistent, I set up a repeatable workflow with organized file management, version logs, and QA checks across all 16 outputs. The result was a polished set of renders that not only hit the technical specs, but also gave the client confidence they could reuse the assets across future projects.
