My role was to create production-ready renders that maintained Alexa’s visual standards while navigating a wide range of input formats. In addition to the design work, I was responsible for:

  • Rapidly building expertise in updated Cinema 4D and CAD importer workflows.

  • Establishing a consistent rendering pipeline across different file types.

  • Providing clarity on technical considerations so the broader team could make informed decisions.

  • Evaluating and advising on the role of AI tools in the rendering process.

Action

  • Fast Ramp-Up: Re-engaged with advanced Cinema 4D workflows and CAD import processes, developing a repeatable pipeline for importing, cleaning, and rendering complex models.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Developed a Photoshop-based solution for a device provided as a layered PSD, ensuring visual consistency with the 3D renders while meeting launch deadlines.
